We will contact your recipient before delivery to confirm the location and convenient delivery time. If they are not available on that day, we will reschedule to suit their availability.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please message us in What's app or call us +971 50 606 8989 as soon as possible and we will try to help you. Provided your order has not been taken into production we will be able to change your order or cancel the order and provide a refund where applicable. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched for delivery we are unable to offer any cancellations.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Flowers are a non-returnable product, so returns are not possible after delivery. However, before delivery we send you a photo of the finished bouquet, and you can request any adjustments or share your comments. After your confirmation, returns or exchanges are no longer possible.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order from Amore Flowers, we may, depending on the circumstances, issue a refund or offer an alternative solution such as resending your arrangement or providing another gift of equal value.
Any issues must be communicated to us within 2 hours of delivery. The most suitable resolution will then be determined at our discretion based on the situation. Because we work with fresh, delicate products, the decision on the most suitable resolution will be made at our discretion based on the situation.
